Breastfeeding newborn and toddler - your stories

I have come home with my newborn DD2 last Thursday and I am planning to EBF her, as I did her sister. DD1 (23 months) is still very keen to bf and is very insistent. I have a very good supply, so much so that I am in agony every morning and leak everywhere with every feed. I am currently using DD1 to empty one of the breasts in the morning and then again maybe twice more per day.

I'm just wondering how other people have found it, how it's affected establishing a regular supply and in the long term. I am a bit worried about oversupply and mastitis but don't won't to be too restrictive for DD1 as she finds so much comfort in it but seems to be drinking so much!!
