Hi, can anyone recommend what vitamins I need to take for a 5 month old breastfeeding full time please ?

I take Pregnacare Breastfeeding, which my HV and doc seem pleased with. Cheapest place I found them is amazon.

My local Sure Start centre give out free NHS vitamins for pregnant and breast feeding mums. They contain vitamin B, C and Folic Acid.
