Friend needs help please? I only breast fed... How long can u keep sterilised bottles for?

I can't offer any advice as I breast fed!

They have sterilised bottles, but how do they make the bottles up correctly? How long do bottles last out of steriliser? Basic knowledge needed ASAP please x

The current guidelines are here OP. the thing to remember is that ip the water should be at 70c to kill the bacteria in the formula, not the water as many people presume.
