Reflux

Can any one help me please. I think my little chap has reflux .
He looks in pain at times and was wondering if there was anything I could do to help him. Can't get an appointment with GP till Monday.

Am no expert but going in what friends have done I think propping up the head end of the cot slightly is supposed to help. (you could put a book under the mattress) Also keeping your baby upright after feeding for 20 mins or so/feeding in a more upright position.

As above. Also try feeding in more upright positions like the biological nursing position. When winding run rather than pat. Feed little and often rather than long feeds. My sympathies, DD has reflux and its not fun!

Has Lo been checked for tongue tie OP?
