Dream feed- how much?

Hi
My DD has been EBF for 6 weeks. She has had a couple of bottles of EBM, taken the bottle well and I am keen to introduce a FF as a dream feed. How do I work out how much to give?

I BF dream feed as my DD is much more soothed and relaxed by BF than by bottle feeding her. Tried expressing so I could have an early night but she was wide eyed for hours!

I dream feed, although by breast, until they turn their heads away from boob, usually dts1 takes around 10 minutes but dts2 can drink upto 30 minutes.
