Am I doing something wrong?

DS2 is 19 days old. He has been feeding beautifully and gaining weight fast, he is currently on the 99.6th percentile.
My problem is he rarely goes more than an hour between feeds day or night meaning that we feed about 15mins out of every hour and cluster feeds solidly from about 4-7pm most evenings. I really don't mind feeding on demand but it is hard work when also entertaining DS1 who is 2.5yrs. My supply seems to be up and down, one minute I am exploding with milk the next I feel quite empty.
Is this normal behaviour (DS1 never did this) and is there any way I can regulate my supply more and/or encourage DS2 to go longer between feeds, I could definitely do with the sleep! Or will it just regulate itself in time? Or is there a chance he isn't getting enough hence the constant feeding?

PS latch is good though recently he has been more fussy due to thrush which is being treated.

Completely normal I'm afraid! Dd fed for 11 hrs solidly when she was about 6 weeks old!

Your supply does take a few weeks to settle down so for now just go with the flow. Make sure you're eating & drinking lots.

It really does get easier, I promise!

Well done btw Smile

Agree with forget. Just wondering if you have read this, might be reassuring Smile
