Reflux, sick & formula

5 week old DD has been given Gaviscon for reflux. She as SMA gold formula.

Everything has been going ok now she's having Gaviscon and is not as sick she was, until today....

She has been quite sick after feeds and has been crying. The sick has been
Liquid and cottage cheese like.

This might be nearly impossible to say but how much is a normal amount of sick ?

I've heard mixed reviews of SMA recently, how easy is it to switch to a different brand and would it make any difference ?

Just to add at the last feed she was really sick when I winded her half way through and sick again when when I winded her at the end. Also smaller amounts twice after this.

Well, I would try another formula tbh.
Aptamil was good for mine but they weren't sicky babies to begin with.
I know several other mums who switched from Sma to aptamil.
Can't hurt.
I think they even do one called easy digest - I would try that one.
