DS2 has silent reflux which is controlled really well with ranitidine. He's been so good I've stopped the gaviscon. 2 days after stopping he's got the runs. Not awful, just liquid poo 2-3 x a day. He's fine in himself, is having is normal foods and has also started purees ( fruit, veg, baby porridge). He's 25 weeks. The gaviscon did make him constipated at first, and he got used to it after a month or so. Anyone else had the same?
