Gulping air & vomiting

Any top tips?
My DD is 16 days old. EBF. Really good weight gain so far. Seems to latch on well ie plenty of areola as well as nipple but I think my milk comes out quickly and as she feeds I can hear her gulping air with each swallow. I break her off to try and slow things down and then she vomits when she does a massive burp. Every feed. At least once. She is obviously getting plenty but it can't be pleasant for her and I am getting through muslins/ outfits/ bedding etc at a rate of knots!
Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thank you

"Possetting", ie bringing up some milk with wind is normal. Some babies do it every feed and some just occasionally.

Some babies are "happy chuckers" and it doesn't bother them, although the constant washing may bother their parents! I find keeping ds2 upright after a feed can help, although sometimes that just leads to milk down my back...

If dd seems very upset by it then it might be reflux?

If it's not bothering her being sick, then it's just a laundry issue. Could you burp her halfway through a feed? Are you offering both breasts? My DS would vomit lots if fed on both sides, but only a bit if from one side so we just did one side and often.

Our house was covered in muslins, wherever his head was, a muslin was underneath, we put a cover on the sofa. Fold a muslin and wrap it around the mattress where her head is, then if she is sick you just change the muslin rather than the sheet. Bibs can save outfits, and when burping, make sure a muslin is there to catch it.

My DS grew out of it at 3-4 months.
