Anyone use lilypadz? Any good?

I have oversupply and forceful letdown, and am gettin through a ton of disposable breast pads, and leak through them regularly.
Has anyone used lilypadz? And do you think they will cope?

I found they were fab when I had oversupply. They dongle kept the milk in my boobs BUT you do have to get a good 'seal'.
