Sudden poo changes in ebf 5.5 week old

Since yesterday poos have become frequent and smelly (acidic) and seem a bit more watery.

As usual, ds is very gassy and farting loads but even more than usual.

He is okay in himself, seems happy and feeding ferociously.

Should I call the gp? Or is the change in frequency/smell normal?

My dds pops were like that. Bright yellow, explosive, smelt acidic.

Any reason I should be concerned?

Ds2 is 7 weeks and has run through eggy poos, vinegary poos and normal bf smelling poos. Almost as soon as I start to Google and wonder if there's something up it changes again.

Anyway, he's thriving and well in himself so I think (for us anyway) these are all just on the spectrum of normal for him.

Turns out it is diarrhea. Dr says to keep an eye on it. She also asked if I ate anything unusual. Had a lot of milk and cheese :-(. Thinking of excluding dairy for a few weeks...
