BF with a cold.

I have a cold it's not major but am shivery/sore throat etc and always thirsty. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed that when they have a cold that their breast milk supply begins to go down? I was doing some expressing and got a lot less than normal and she also seemed less satisfied on the breast. Is this normal or is there something else wrong?

Are you taking any medication like Lemsip? A decongestant can really affect supply.

Otherwise I think it's normal and your supply should recover once you're well.
