How much milk?

You would have thought being a second time mum and only having done this last year, i would remember, but i cant!

Becky has just gone to 3 meals a day but her milk has dropped to a lot less than it ever has been. Today she had a 7oz bottle after breakfast, the same at lunchtime and that is it.... I know she will have one before bed, but is she getting enough?

Why is life so difficult?

I think they say roughly a pint a day don't they?

i thought that was at a year old?! ooops!

as long as she's getting a pint a day she's getting enough. And some of that pint can be made up with yogurt or cows milk in her diet.
