Is this milk?

I just had the urge to squeeze my nipples when I got out of the shower earlier and a little bit of white stuff came out. I stopped BF almost a year ago, is this milk? And more importantly is it normal?

Yes, it's almost certainly milk, yes it is almost certainly normal....happens to most women. But if you are concerned, speak to HV/doc :)

Mine took over two years to go away completely . There wasn't any leaking or anything - just a wee bit still there when I squeezed.

Yes! 5 months since I stopped BF and I reckon I could still produce 1oz if I wanted.

I stopped 18m ago and still get a little if I squeeze on one side. Glad to know it's normal.
