Boots travel steam steriliser instructions

Does anyone have the boots travel microwave steam steriliser that looks like a lunchbox? I've lost the instructions and never used it with DD1, but I want to use it now and can't quite work out how. I put in 200ml of water, but does the tray insert go so that it's dipped down, into the water, or rounded up, out of the water with the things to sterilise on top? Any insight welcome!

The tray goes in first at the bottom the put the stuff to sterilise on top. I put it dipped down so stuff is partially in the water. You can use it to cold water sterilise as well, then the bottles ey go in first and the tray on top to keep them under water. The instructions also say to put a piece of kitchen roll underneath the box to stop it burning in the microwave.

Actually, I have another question, sorry. How do you use it for cold water sterilisation when the Milton tablets say you need 5l of water and the box is obviously much smaller than that?

I've never used it to cold sterilise sorry. Could you make the milton up in a jug to he right concentration then just pour in what you need?
