Advice needed; recently stopped BFing/expressing, boob feels lumpy

Been cutting back gradually over the last month or so until I was only expressing once a day. I haven't expressed now since last week and my right boob feels lumpy and slightly tender if I press the lumpy bits. It's not engorged or swollen but I'm wondering if I should express one last time, or if this will just dissipate by itself.

It's best not to express as this may trigger production which you don't want. As long as you feel okay otherwise and the breast isn't red or hot then give it a few days to settle. I remember my hormones being a bit crazy after I stopped feeding. If you're still concerned after a few days then you should probably see your GP for reassurance. Hope this helps.
