Baby screams when being fed!

DD (12 weeks) has suddenly started getting very distressed when being (bottle) fed on our laps. This is mainly in the evening - for most of the day and during the night, she's fine. She'll take the bottle in her bouncer chair, but protests if she's moved during the feed.

Any ideas why this might be so? She's not much more upright in her bouncer than when we're holding her.

Thanks!

Around 12 weeks is a growth spurt, so she may feel uncomfortable in certain positions.

Have you tried moving up to the next teat size?

Thanks for the response. We've just moved her up to size 3 teats and it doesn't seem to have made any difference so far. She seems to have a lot more wind than usual.
