Nursing strike - 14 month old

I am posting here as I'm really not sure what to do for the best.

DD is 14 months. Feeds morning and evening. I've felt for a while now that she doesn't seem to take much at either feed.

I went away last weekend for two nights and she was fine without breastfeeds. Came home Sunday and she fed fine. Then last night (Wednesday) when I went to feed her she took a couple of sucks then yelled at me and pushed me away. She settled to bed with a cuddle. She refused her feed this morning and evening too.

She drinks milk out of a cup and generally has a good balanced diet.

I have loads on at the moment and am tempted to just let this be an end to breastfeeding. But then I think about the who recommendations and feel a bit like I'm failing her. Sad

I don't really have a question I guess - just wanted to 'talk' to somebody about it... So, anybody out there??

Think only you can decide whether or not to stop. How about phoning one of the bfing helplines and talk it through with a BFC?
