Dd2 is 4 weeks. I feel like I have been punched in the breast - classic bloked duct feeling except no lumps or anything last nght and the night before dd slept around 7 hours straight (after cluster feeding all evening). And both nights I have woken up numerous times very full, uncomfatable and painfull. The pain is still there on the indide of my right breast once dd has drained the breast. Anyone have any suggestions? Can I take something to reside to pain?
