3.5 week old

I've got a 3.5 week old little boy and he puzzles me.
He feeds very regular, some times for about 4 hours or sometimes it just feels that he never stops. But he will latch on fine some days and then this morning he was getting angry and pulling back but he seed to be latched on because it looked the same as before. But don't understand why he was pulling back and got very angry.

Milk flow too fast perhaps? Try expressing the first bit by hand or unlatch ing him and catching the fast flowing milk before relatching.
