I have a very badly swollen hand so took 3 doses of ibuprofen y'day before expressing 50ml of milk. Gave the milk to her last night before I realised I shouldn't have done!!! An so worried I have done thd baby real harm. Does anyone know if there is anything I should look out for? Or is it a small enough amount of milk that maybe it isn't as awful as I think?

Ibuprofen is fine to take while breastfeeding, don't worry :)

Char is right. Ibuprofen is fine to take when your breastfeeding. It's only while you're pregnant you shouldn't take it.

Agreed. Not contraindicated for breastfeeding. Fear not.
Hope your hand is better.
