I need dd2 to take a bottle, dd1 never would. We are trying dd2 on breast flue bottles. She's less averse than dd1 but not really gulping milk down. I need this to work - I have an amazing pump this time.
Please impart done wisdom!

Have you tried a doidy cup?

My DC has never taken a bottle, but can use a doidy cup now (she's 6mo), but admittedly we haven't tried it with milk

Dd2 is 4.5 months I will try a cup in a bit. Thanks

Are doidy cups easier for babies than sippy cups/soft spout cups?

Perseverance!
Also having your partner offer the bottle when you are completely out of sight.

Minipie, are you the OPs daughter? Grin

Doidy cups have been specifically designed so as not to cause any harm to a babys developing jaw. They're basically a cup so once your baby is used to them, there's no need to have to wean your baby off a dippy cup onto a normal one IYSWIM. So yes they are better.
