Should my baby be in a routine

Help I have a 14week old baby that I fully breast feed, he doesn't have a routine I feed on demand. I'm lucky if I get 4 hours sleep at night, should he be in a routine if so would he sleep better. Also he doesn't have set sleeping times in the day. Feel like I'm doing this all wrong please help.

'Frankie2012' our night bf pattern is EXACTLY the same! My ds is 13 wo (14 on Mon). Keep up your good work! 'Tethersend's comment is great and so true.. My friend's son was at her breast most of the night for many months.. As long as your lo goes back to sleep happy, you're happy, right? :-D

I was 100% routine I think I was partly obsessed by it. But DS was feeding every 4 hours and sleeping 10 hours every night.
