Tommy tippee microwave steriliser

can anyone tell me how to use this? (it's like a Tupperware box with a vented lid and came free with the steam steriliser).

I didn't use it with my first and have now lost the instructions! How long should it go in the microwave? And should I add water?

7oz of cold water and 'cook' for 8 minutes (700w)

is it the single bottle steriliser or does it take more stuff?

I have one which I got with my Tommee tippee breast pump which sounds like its that one? I can scan instructions and email them to you if you want, but I can tell you its add 100ml water and on our microwave (1000 w) its 6 minutes with vent open.

if it is a small box that came with a breastpump then these are the instructions:

Using the Sterilising box

1. put 100ml of water into the box
2. load upturned bottles, etc
3. fit box lid
4. open ?flower? valve
5. put box in microwave
6. follow instructions according to microwave output
7. ensure box is cool to touch before lifting out
8. fit flower valve to make box airtight and sterile

Wattage under 800W - full power for 6 mins and cooling time of 3 mins
Wattage over 850W - full power for 4 mins and cooling time of 3 mins
