What should I expect from taking this. Are my boobs going to suddenly swell to massive proportions? I've taken the first one, with my dinner tonight. How long before I get an increased supply. Dd and I are struggling.

I think that you need to be taking 2, 3 times a day to see the maximum effect.

I took them when I was worried about my supply but they upset my stomach and made DD2's poo green!

The final straw was the almost constant curry flavoured burps (TMI)

That said a friend used fenugreek for almost 3 months and didn't suffer the same unfortunate side effects at all. I think she said she noticed a gradual increase between days 3 and 5?
