I ve done some research about why my 13week old is fussing on the breast after a few threads on here.

His behaviour seems to match with my milk flow being too slow. How can I make it faster?

Tried massaging when he's feeding but not sure if doing it right, milking it like you would a cow is what I am doing. However this is rather hard to do with one hand, when baby is jerking around and throwing his arm around.

Already Resting, drinking water, feeding lots, changing breasts during feeds, taking fenugreek, stripping baby to try and help more effective feeding and increase production.

how can I make,it faster?

Have you looked at the Dr Jack Newman Breast Compression videos on youtube cleo and have you absolutely ruled out tongue tie?

Tongue was cut in the hospital when he was first born.
Will check out the video.

cleo, have you thought maybe he is actually finishing his feeds in a shorter time and the fussing is just wanting to come off?

That would be the far more likely explanation.

Sometimes it is this and I let him come off but that's not very often. He will fuss straight away sometimes or after only 5/10 mins and come off then root to go back on or cry and suck strongly when I put my finger in his mouth fed Gingrich.

It could still be he is finished for the moment.

Most babies will suck on a finger - it does not mean they are hungry. It's a reflex, even at 13 weeks old.

There's no reason why your flow would become too slow.

Try a few days of just letting him come off when he wants - even if it's after a few seconds. See what happens :)
