My 4 month old ds has started to be really fussy and disinterested in nursing over the past few weeks. He seems hungry but after a minute he is looking around or on and off then crying. I don't feel he has fed well in days. My boobs are really full too. He has always been sicky but more so now.

He also has started pooing and farting loads! Its slightly mucusy. He is fine in himself.

I read something about food allergies?! Or infections.. or teething...?

Health visitor tomorrow I think but would like to know of some peoples experience of the same thing

Typical 4 month old behaviour, I'm afraid. His senses are developing and he's getting more interested in the sounds, smells and sights around him. It will pass, but it's very frustrating.

Just you wait until he starts looking round the room WITHOUT bobbing off!

He he that sounds painful!
I've tried covering his head with a muslin.
its the combination of everything which is concerning. But its good to know its normal to be so distracted
