Night waking

My little one is 7 weeks . He eats well and naps during the day but between 6pm and 11pm he seems to eat constantly ans then gets over tired and won't settle it's been going on for 10 days so can't be a growth spurt. Any one else having these issues?

Hi Teggy. Is your DS breastfed? This sounds like cluster feeding. It is a normal and healthy part of breastfeeding and it doesn't go on forever! There's some info about it here. Hope that helps to reassure you.

Yeah all totally normal. Probably best to just put your feet up and feed, and enjoy the cuddles.

Ah! This! Yes it's Normal and with my two this evening wired wakeness coupled with crying, fussing, feeding and generally driving me mad lasted until they were 3 months.
