10 week old eating until she's sick!

DD is ebf and the last few days has been gorging herself, particularly if I'm full if its been a while between feeds. For example, she slept from 1:30 to 4:30 pm today, started her last feed at 12:30 and had fed to sleep, so the boobs didn't get touched for 3 hours.

They were full when I woke her, and she drained both, then went back to the first side, and would have went back to the other again if I hadn't had to go do something. She settled on her playmat, no unhappiness ... And then prolifically spewed. Her dress, vest and tights were soaked, the playmat was soaked, I had to changed when I picked her up ...

I thought you couldn't over feed a breastfed babe?

I think that is probably why you can't over feed a breast fed baby as they will throw it back up! I may be wrong though!
Was she ok in herself afterwards?

My DS always spewed if he had too much to eat. For him that was two sides so I only ever offered one. I wouldn't worry if your DD next has a normal feed with no puking.
