Small red spots on breasts

These have been developing for the last few days.

DS is two weeks old and EBF. He eats a lot and very regularly.

There's no pain at all so I'm not suspecting thrush or mastitis.

I've just developed these small (maybe .75cm diameter) red patches with tiny raised spots in the middle on my boobs - maybe 3/4 on each. They're nowhere else.

Are they just from overuse?!

do you feel a bit flue-y, perhaps hot/a temp?

Feeling hot but no temp. Wake up every morning soaked with sweat and am fairly warm during the day, but I put this down to hormones settling down after pregnancy...
