Resolving a one sided latch issue

DD had a Ptt and lip tie revised last week. Feeding on the right has always been easier, and is now pain free and lovely.

The left is still troublesome. I position and attach her in the same way, but it still feels quite sore usually.

Currently feeding lying down on left and it is perfect, but I can't do that each feed if I'm out and about wishful thinking

Also, any tips for encouraging the top lip to flange in cradle/cross cradle? She's had no function in it for 9 weeks, and tongue was severely restricted as well, so she's relearning how to use both, but wondering how I can help the process?

I found cranial osteopathy really helped but it took a good two weeks post the TT cut for the bad side to be pain free.

Bumping as I'd be interested to know the answer too! My LO does not as far as I know have Tt but struggles to latch as well on left, does not flange top lip as you say
