How long is breast milk ok for after it's been it along out of fridge?

Can't find clear guidance? How long is the milk ok for after I take it out of fridge? Thanks

I seem to recall its @ 24-48 hours.

i was told that from the time you express it, it lasts 4 hours at room temp or 48 hours in the fridge

So if it's already had some time in the fridge, and then you take it out of the fridge, I expect it would last a bit less than 4 hours at room temp.

This BFN leaflet says freshly expressed milk is ok for six hours at room temperature. The same doesn't hold if it has been defrosted from frozen.
