Hi I have suddenly realised after getting home from shopping that my top is wet,

Ive had a peep and Im definitely leaking ,

I'm a first time mum to be, so am worried if this is way to soon?

Nope. Perfectly normal. You need some breast pads.

And then theres the 3am wake-ups to find yourself lying on a soggy sheet where they've leaked, combined with the hormonal night sweats to make you feel truly disgusting. Lovely

Perfectly normal and not leaking in pg is too. Try some breastpads like the lanisoh ones
