DD sometimes refuses to feed from one side - any ideas why?

DD2 is a rubbish bf'er at the best of times but nonetheless we've got to 4 months and plan to continue for a couple more months yet. The thing is on some days (prob about once every couple of weeks) she will simply refuse to feed from the right side for 24 hours. I can't find any reason for this.

Has anyone else experienced a sided strike? Does anyone know why this could happen?

Does she turn her head to the left with the same ease as to the right?

Have you tried different bf positions?

She doesn't show any signs of physical discomfort on that side and has good neck movement on both sides. By night time she's always had enough of the game and goes back to nursing on that side again until she wants to play it again a few weeks later.
