Help!! Questions about bottles

I am planning a night out with DH and 11wk dd will stay with dm.
It's been a project to plan everything but also need advice.
I have been expressing and storing for some weeks now have some questions.
Dm will be looking after dd 12-12.

Can I sterilise and make up bottles of ebm for dm before we go will they be ok for 24 hours?
If so can I mix the defrosted breastmilk?
If not...
Can I sterilise bottles before hand and place them in zip seal bags.
If so do I separate into one bag for nipples one for bottles or screw them together?

Also
I am planning on having a few drinks do I have to express and dump milk?
Will I have to express to keep up supply?

What we've done before, is to defrost ebm in the milk storage bags, and decant them into bottles once needed. If you provide a couple of clean bottles, without milk already in, can your mum not wash them between uses? We don't sterilise the bottles between every use, just clean them thoroughly. Your mum could defrost ebm in her fridge and use it as needed.

I would have thought you would need to express for comfort, rather than anything else!

I mixed frozen EBM and its fine.

Easiest thing is a bucket and some Milton. Then she can rinse the bottles and put in it, 15 mins later ready to use again.

Breastmilk is good for about five days in the fridge so, assuming it didn't hang about before being frozen, you can defrost the milk and pour it into bottles the day before your night out, or that morning.

Make sure you get a good feed in before you go as you don't want to get engorged while you're on your night out. You may be uncomfortable by the time you get back and need to feed or express. The alcohol leaves your milk as it leaves your system, you process about one unit per hour, less if you've had quite a few drinks. If you're still tipsy (think not safe to drive) then express enough to relieve the fullness and dump it. You may need to give a bottle during this time. If you're okay to feed them you may need to express a little to relieve fullness but you can store this milk for another time if you want.

^ this represents my understanding of the current advice on bfing and alcohol consumption. You may want to take a more drastic or a more relaxed approach depending on your own research.

thanks sorry just realised I said 12-12 but it will be more like 12 Sat - 12 Sunday midday does this change your advice if I mix before it will be in fridge for 24 hours...

fab thanks stunt think I would rather pre mix as easier for dm and I can sniff milk ... can I mix different frozen bags do you think? latest ones are larger previous ones smaller but probably more hind milk.
shall I put teats on bottles? do have about 4 lids so could close them off separately.

I would mix bags so that you have the right quantity in each, maybe 5-6 oz if you have enough and leave them ready with the teats on. That way they just need to be warmed up which will be easiest for your DM if she's dealing with a screechy hungry baby. Better than having to put baby down and faff about with the bottles. Remember you want all to go well so you can do it again in a few weeks.
