i have been back at work a month now. all good. i have been expressing at work and leaving dd with 5ish oz per day which she drinks most of. she also eats pretty well and drinks water. she is bf on demand at weekends and before and after work.
thing is i am finding it harder and harder to express in terms of time and amount. but i feel bad as if its there dd will drink it.
don't want to give formula so should i continue to express or not bother and leave her with no milk during day. i work 4 full days a week.....

Tbh at that age I think they still need milk during the day and it's a bit early to swop to cows milk. Personally I would continue to express, I'm planning to express when I go back to work when ds2 is 12mths as I think he's a bit dairy intolerant so don't want to give him cows milk but want him to have some milk in the day. Ds1 had some formula in the day from 11mths as I was worse at expressing with him and didn't have a decent pump.

If she is getting 2 good feeds a day then i think it is fine to stop expressing. Just make sure she can top up on your days off (if she wants to)
