Moving up a teat size

If DD is happy on size 2 teats at 6months old do I need to move to size 3? I moved to size 2 as she was on thicker feed for a a while so I don't know when I need to move her up. She currently has 6oz of milk over the course of 2hours (she has never drained bottles) and has around 35 oz a day. Thank you!

It takes her 2 hours to drink 6oz? Confused

Doesn't that mean you spend your entire day feeding her?!

FWIW my 14 week old takes 20 mins to drink a bottle of 6 oz on a size 2 teat.

They do say that once your little one is falling asleep during a feed or taking a long time to drink a bottle, that's when you should move up a teat.

I'm no expert at all, but I would say it's time to move up a teat!

She has always "snacked" throughout the day. She feeds every 3 hours so yes we usually do have a bottle on the go! She has been like this since day 1 though so I think it's just how she eats. She suffered with reflux when she was younger so I was happy for her to not fill up too much in one go. She doesn't fall asleep feeding, just has her full then plays for half an hour or so and has a bit more!
