How long does breastmilk take to defrost?

Got about 6oz of milk to defrost, and wanted to know how long it takes. :)

If you need it quicker just stick in a bowl of warm water

Flipping yonks it seems, like half a day, I think I have stupid bottles..

dunk it in a jug of v hot water and carefully swill it round so it doesn't get too hot... it should take ooh, 20 minutes lol!!

That's if it's in one bottle though (mine's always in 7 ounce bottles full to the brim)

I used to run it under the hot tap, it defrosts in minutes.

I didn't express much milk, so I used to freeze it in ice-cube trays, and then transfer the cubes to big freezer bags. Hence it always defrosted quite quickly :)
