I just spent 20 minutes expressing and got 4oz from one breast but barely 1oz from my other. It's usual for me to get less in that boob, but not by that much, usually ill get 4oz in one and 3oz in the other. But when I was strapping myself back into my bra I noticed underneath the 1oz boob it was hard and tender to the touch in one area. I hadn't noticed before I touched it. Could this be why I couldn't express as much? Could it be a blocked duct? What could I do to make it less hard and tender and if its not the reason for such a poor pump what can I be doing to get supply back up?
