blood in stool ebf baby help

Just noticed small streaks of blood in ds stool..also mixed with some green poo. Lo has had green poo before but went away. This. This is the first time there has been blood. Lo is 13 weeks, active and bright..has this happenned to anyone else

Have you got cracked nipples?

Save the nappy and consider going to the out of hours doctor, they never ever mind seeing babies.

No sign of cracked nipple..i do have an over supply..so that's cause of green stool

Any nappy rash? DS occassionally gets blood in his nappy as the skin cracks and bleeds when he has a poo

I will check at bathtime..hope it goes away

My DD2 had this.
I think it was related to thrush, which was making her gassy and her poos very forceful. We had a sample of poo tested, which showed nothing, and it got better when the thrush went.

How is he today?
