can I eat stilton while breastfeeding?

Erm, I do. Everything seems fine. But I don't actually know the answer. Apart from I eat it and my 4 are great kids.

It's fine. There was only a risk in pregnancy because your immune system was weaker, and there was risk to the baby if you got ill.

Yes.I'm fairly sure it's to do with certain infections being able to cross the blood barrier while the drugs to treat can't. You're absolutely fine.

You can eat anything you like while you are breastfeeding.

I do but d'you know I think it made him a bit windier when he was newborn. Mind you I was eating giant chunks of it in a day. (Went a bit stilton-crazy for a while)
