Avent microwave steriliser - instructions please

Have just acquired an avent microwave steriliser which I'm planning on using while away in June. Only problem is that I don't have any instructions for it. Please can anybody enlighten me as to how they work.

As far as I remember you put 100ml of water in the bottom and microwave for 8 minutes on full power. I'm certain about the 8 minutes but not completely sure about the quantity of water but hopefully others will confirm or correct what I've said. I'm certain about the 8 minutes because dh put ds bottle in for 8 minutes. We noticed after 4 mins when the teat exploded off the bottle!
