Does anyone know if having PCOS affects b/f? Does is do anything to the milk supply?

Not that I'm aware of. Happily fed 2 whilst having PCOS. I guess the hormones that allow lactating aren't in the same circuit as it were (certainly my hormones are v typical of PCOS and i have had no problems).

Same here, I have PCOS and breastfed for 14 months. I have typical PCOS hormone patterns too. I did have supply problems, but they weren't due to PCOS, as far as I'm aware - it was a lack of demand that caused a lack of production. (Long story!)
It should be fine!
