Day 5 of BF and boobs really lopsided - is there anything I can do?

DS2 arrived into the world 5 days' ago and I am BF.

I have a slight issue in that one boob is loads bigger than the other - mainly because DS2 preferred to nurse on that side inititally (he is more flexible now).

So my Q is do I nurse more from the bigger side as the breast is fuller? Or do I nurse more from the smaller side in the hope of evening things out? Or do I just keep doing what I am doing now (alternating breasts between feeds. If DS feeds from both breasts - rarely- I start from the boob he took less from).

Thank you!

This is normal, don't worry, it will settle down in a few days. I would just keep alternating and it will even itself out. At the beginning the fullest one is always bigger I used to find,

I found feeding slightly more on the smaller side helped to even it out

Beans, not worth worrying about this unless you are in serious discomfort. Check with the midwife. It's an early days issue that's very common, and usually settles down very soon.
