I have a 3 month old dd who is exclusively bf. in one of my boobs, every time I sneeze, or cough, there is a funny 'pop' which is painful, in a stinging kind of way. It isn't very bad, and lasts only a second.
Has anyone had anything like this? It had only happened since I've been bf-ing. It all feels normal to touch, no hard bits/ lumps/pain.
