Argh am on about day 5 of a horrendous cough post flu... so fed up of disturbed sleep and my old cs scar is aching from it too. Bought covonia tickly cough syrup which is mainly glycerine but also has peppermint and menthol oils in it. Whats the risk to my supply if I try it? DD is 16 months old (13 adjusted as she was 3 months prem). Doing well on solids but has bad reflux and needs my supply as shes intolerant to dairy and soya.
