Baby throwing up feeds and not seeming hungry

Baby is 8 weeks old and is ebf. he seems to have lost his appetite completely. He was very fussy all day yesterday and didn't feed well. He then slept straight thru the night for 8 hours without waking, first time he has slept this long. I fed him at 8am, then at 12.30 I offered the breast as he'd shown no interest in feeding. He took a little, but not as much as normal. He then went to 4.45 without showing any interest in food at all, so I offered it again and he took a bit . Then he has just had horrible projectile vomit, must have been his entire days worth of milk as it was endlessly coming out of him. Any ideas what's going on? He's now asleep after the ordeal. He usually feeds every 3ish hours and will occasionally sleep 5 hours thru the night but wakes raging for a feed.

Does he seem unwell? Temperature?

Get him checked. Please!

Is he having wet nappies?

Yes wet nappies and no temp

I think NHS direct know better than we do, I'd give them a call. Projectile vomiting in a baby this small is a worry. I hope all is OK.

Thanks for all the advice last night. We've kept a close eye thru the night. He's fed as normal all night and no more vomit. Lots of wide eyed big smiles this morning too! He's clearly feeling much better now x
