Hi I've started to express with a view of getting my DH to do the last feed. Is it true that you should give the expressed milk at the same time of day that it was taken? Ie if expressed at night give it at night?

I don't think so. I don't think it matters tbh.

Milk expressed through the night (12am-6am) is nutritionally richer than daytime milk. My HV suggested to give that at bedtime for a more satisfying feed but otherwise I don't believe it matters.

I don't think it makes any difference. In theory milk from different times of day contains different hormones but IME it never made any difference to sleeping/awakeness.
