Help! I've got the snot!

Hello lovely mumsnetters, im crossing my fingers one of you knows some wonder cold relief that I can take while breastfeeding? What I really need is sudafed or cold and flu tablets but clearly they're a no go! Anyone found anything at all that works and is feeding friendly

Hot water with lemon ginger a d whiskey :) it made me feel better with my cold. (Not sure it's proven though).

Thanks, will give it a try! Currently eating biriyani in an attempt to sweat it away!
