Has my supply dried up?

My DD is nearly 12 months old and at nursery. She started nursery a couple of months ago and before she started I reduced her feeds (bf) down to one feed first thing in the morning and one feed just before bed in the evening.

My boobs feel really soft and don't ever feel engorged anymore. When I squeezed my boob this morning, there was no sign of any milk. Could my supply have dried up? I thought that as long as you bf your supply would continue.

Does your DD seem to be swallowing when she feeds? If so then she's getting milk!

Well, every few (4 or 5?) sucks there is a small swallow

It sounds like she's drinking, so it's probably fine. My boobs went down to their normal size for the last few months of bf-ing and I didn't have engorgement at all ever with DC2 who was a little fatso.
